The Pathfinder program is an in-person and virtual men's discipleship initiative designed to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between affiliate organizations and their male members, resulting in stronger participants and organizations.
Inspired by Romans 5:3-5 where the Apostle Paul writes, “Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope,” the Pathfinder program encourages men to embrace challenges as pathways to growth.
Our approach, best summarized by the acronym S.E.E.K (Suffer, Endure, Exemplify Character, and Kindle Hope), emphasizes the importance of resilience, integrity, and unwavering faith in God’s promises.

The journey begins with an introduction to the Map to Manhood principles, focusing on character development traits and hands-on instruction in navigation skills, both literal and metaphorical.
This quarter uses natural landscapes as metaphors for life's struggles, connecting biblical truth with real-life applications
Explore the landmark events of our first three biblical mentors—Adam, Noah, and Abraham—uncovering key lessons in leadership, family, faith, and covenant relationships for your journey to manhood.
